Introduction
The Bitvora APIs and SDKs use API keys to authenticate requests. You can view and manage your API Keys in the Bitvora Dashboard (opens in a new tab).
Treat your API keys with the same care as a real Bitcoin private key. Do not share your API keys with anyone, and do not expose them in public repositories or client-side code.
Authenticating requests
To authenticate requests, include your API key in the Authorization
header of your HTTP requests. The value of the Authorization
header should be Bearer YOUR_API_KEY
.
Typescript Example
import axios from 'axios';
const apiKey
const response = await axios.get('https://api.bitvora.com/v1/transactions/balance', {
headers: {
Authorization: `Bearer ${apiKey}`,
},
});
